PRICE.
Our prices are indicated in euros and include the indirect taxes (VAT) in force and are guaranteed, reserving us the right of a computer error, typographic or impression error.The indicated prices do not include the charges to destination of the customer.
As the materials come from importations, with community taxes and of other kind, we reserve ourselves the right to modify these prices in any moment and without previous warning. To guarantee the sell price you can contact German Supplies S.L. at any time via e-mail to be informed on this respect.
PAYMENT METHODS.
No order will be processed nor dispatched if this is not accompanied by its corresponding receipt or proof of payment, credit card or bank transfer.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer to the account number 2100-0362-15-0200207282 of the bank entity “La Caixa de Pensions” by sending subsequently the receipt of the pay scanned and sent by e-mail or as acknowledge of receipt through the bank entity that performs the payment via e-mail.
- Payment with PAYPAL system in http://www.paypal.com. You chosen to send the payment at germansupplies@ya.com account e-mail.
DELIVERY.
The expedition of the acquired parcel will be of two working days for the pieces available in our stock and of fifteen days for the pieces submitted from our central.
You can contact German Supplies S.L. to verify and get informed of the delivery of your acquisition. The dates here indicated do not include the transport days to destination, just the parcel expedition.
If, due to delivery problems on behalf of the manufacturer, the delivery time could be delayed, you will be informed so to be able to choose between the cancellation of the order, a partial sending or the total sending once the whole parcel is available.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING METHODS.
The customer pay ship cost. German Supplies S.L. lays at disposal of the customer to choose the shipping method for delivery of the order, being possible to choose the one most convenient for the customer and of free choice. German Supplies S.L. will offer the following ones as preferential and advisable methods:
Deliver by hand, if the distance allows it, or in a VW meeting.
Door-to-door delivery service with the choose of the courier like SEUR, UPS, MRW or others and in the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Door-to-door delivery service by subcontracting the service to CORREOS Y TELÉGRAFOS and in the shipping method chosen by the customer.
German Supplies S.L. will lay at disposal a list of the shipment prices in the order form so to have a reference of these costs. German Supplies S.L. is not responsible in any case of the misplacements, delays in the delivery or the prices of these services. German Supplies S.L. just allows the customer to choose the method more convenient for each case.
SATISFACTION AND RETURNS.
The customer has 12 weeks after the invoice date to claim or to ask for the return of any piece. To do so, the material has to be kept in perfect conditions and it will be send to our facilities with its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice by carriage paid. This material will be substituted by another one or you will receive a voucher worth for the value of the returned material that you could spend in the following three months. After this time the voucher will loose its value.
Please feel free to contact us for any return or to verify its acceptance. No change, return or voucher will be performed without our acceptance. German Supplies S.L. will not accept any return in bad conditions, by carriage forward or freight forward.
STANDARDIZATION.
Some pieces delivered by German Supplies S.L. are not street legal and do not have at disposal standardization at the compulsory vehicle inspection or equivalent organisms of your local government. Therefore its use is responsibility of the buyer and can not be complaint to German Supplies S.L.
Some pieces are adaptable to the vehicle, varying therefore the length, duration or characteristics of the piece at any circumstance, including accident or collision. Therefore the use and adaptation of the pieces is totally on responsibility of the customer.
